Westfields Junior School, Saturday 7 November: gates 5.30pm, fireworks 7pm. Early bird £5 adult and £2 child to 31 October, and infants need a free ticket.

Yateley’s fireworks are on Saturday 7 November 2026 at Westfields Junior School, with gates at 5.30pm and the display at 7pm. Yateley and District Lions run it with the school, and early bird tickets went on sale on 1 October.

Two things are different this year, and both are about tickets. Everyone who comes in needs one, babies included, and the Lions say there may be none left to sell at the gate. Prices also go up twice before the night, so the cheapest way in is to book by Saturday 31 October.

Everything below is from the Lions’ own event and ticket page and Yateley Town Council’s community calendar, both read on 2 October 2026.

Ticket prices, and when they rise

The Lions sell tickets in three stages. Adults are 17 and over, children are 4 to 16, and infants are 0 to 3.

When you buy Adult Child (4 to 16) Infant (0 to 3)
Early bird, 1 to 31 October £5 £2 Free
Advance, 1 to 6 November £6 £3 Free
On the day, 7 November £7 £4 Free

A family of two adults and two children pays £14 at early bird prices and £22 on the night, if tickets are still on sale. All sales are final and the Lions offer no refunds.

Infants need a ticket too. It is free, but the Lions write that “this year we need everyone that enters to have a valid ticket including infants for insurance purposes”. Add the infant tickets when you book, or you may be turned away at the gate.

Do not count on the gate. Ticket numbers are limited this year for insurance reasons, and the Lions say they “may not have tickets for sale on the gate”. If there are any, the gate takes card payments only.

What is on, and what you cannot bring

The Lions promise hot food, hot and cold drinks and glow products on sale, with charity stalls to keep people busy before the display. They do not name the caterers this year. In 2023 the 3rd Bramshill Scouts ran the food.

The one rule they print twice: no personal fireworks or sparklers. All under 18s must be with an adult.

Getting there and parking

The Lions publish no parking arrangements for the display, so plan to walk if you live in Yateley, and check Fleet roadworks and travel before you set off. Our parking in Fleet page covers Hart District Council’s car parks and tariffs.

If you have questions about the evening, the event listing names Westfields Junior School as organiser, on 01252 408218.

Fleet’s display is the same night

Fleet Lions run their Firework Fiesta at Calthorpe Park on the same Saturday, with gates at 5pm and fireworks at about 6.30pm, half an hour before Yateley’s. Fleet’s tickets are online only, at £8 adult, £3 child and £19 for a family, and attendance is capped at 7,000. The detail, including the entrance that shuts at 6.15pm, is on our Fleet fireworks page.

Fleet’s display usually finishes by 7pm, the moment Yateley’s starts, so you will have to pick one.

Bonfire Night itself is Thursday 5 November. No display has been published for Hook, Odiham or Hartley Wintney.
